Your first session is an initial consultation and the foundation of solution-focused hypnotherapy. It is an empowering session that includes information gathering and an explanation of the brain.
Here we will discuss what you wish to achieve from the sessions and create a plan to help you work towards your desired future, all accomplished in small manageable steps.
Clients will often leave this session feeling more in control and optimistic.
Subsequent sessions are focused on positivity and forward-thinking, they are structured in a way that allows you to work towards personal goals and your desired future in small achievable steps.
At the end of each session, you are guided into hypnosis, a relaxed state of mind where you are more responsive to the positive, beneficial suggestions that you hear.
The sessions are designed so that you leave feeling relaxed, positive and often unaware of the important changes happening within your brain.
People are often intrigued by hypnosis but unaware of what an effective tool it can be in managing mental health issues. Hypnosis, also known as trance, is a safe and very natural state that we enter many times a day. During trance, we have access to the subconscious mind while remaining fully in control. In this state we are more responsive to positive suggestions, enabling us to create long-lasting change.
During hypnosis the only thing you will be required to do is relax back and listen to my voice.
Anyone can benefit from hypnotherapy, regardless of your age.
If you are struggling with mental health issues, low confidence or simply need support to make positive changes, such as, losing weight or quitting smoking then hypnotherapy will help.
Solution focused hypnotherapy works quickly and effectively. Depending on the client and their situation you will usually require between 8 and 12 sessions.
The results are the same, the only area which differs is the therapeutic rapport, this may take slightly longer. Clients find that they can easily relax and enjoy trance in the familiarity and comfort of their own home and environment.
The only considerations when choosing online hypnotherapy sessions is a good internet connection and somewhere private to talk.
